My name is Crissy Stabins. I was a first time home buyer. This is my second time trying to buy a house. I tried this a year ago without any luck. I had a bad taste for Realtor until I found Rachel Rivera.
I have been thinking of a way to thank her for the wonderful job that she has done. She has gone out of her way to make this experience a pleasant one. She found a bunch of houses for us to look at.
She knew when things had to be done, like the contract, inspection, appraisals and survey. She prepared me for closing and walked me though everything until the very end. She was great and I definitely will use her again to purchase a house in the future. She is a very knowledgeable Realtor and I would recommend her to anyone.
Most Realtors put pressure on you to get the sale, but Rachel is not like that. Granted she wants the sale but does not put the pressure on. Even after the sale was final she called to see how things were. I love my house and I am very happy to have hired her to help me purchase my house.

My name is Maggie DeJesus and I am another satisfied client of Rachel Rivera’s. In October of 2005 I finally decided to purchase a home of my own. The real estate market was booming and needless to say, if you found a home you wanted, you needed to act fast!
Fortunately, a family member referred me to Rachel Rivera. I gave her a call, explained what I was looking for and what my budget allowed for. She immediately started her search for my dream home. I did not have much experience in purchasing a home; I had many questions and concerns. Rachel talked me through it, referred me to the right people and took care of scheduling inspections, etc. She let me know what to expect. Rachel guided me every step of the way. I was very fortunate to have her as my realtor, she found my dream home, acted fast staying in her office late to assure that my offer was faxed in that very same night. Other offers came later but her persistence paid off.
If you want a realtor that is patient, not pressuring and looks out for the best interest of her client than she is the one you want by your side when making such an important purchase. Although I qualified for more than I was willing to spend, she never pressured me to look at homes above my desired price range. She didn’t take me out of my comfort zone. I have and will continue to recommend her to my family & friends.

I was initially introduced to Rachel when she came to show a house on behalf of another agent. Let's just call that property, my "trashed dream home." We walked around and although she shared my vision for the potential this home had, she also shared my husband's level-headedness (i.e. terror) over the many, many, many problems with the home. So we passed. I clung to Rachel, telling her the very parameters of the area I wanted my first home. Unlike an agent we had met in the past, she got it! She didn't try to show me houses in other parts of town, or other counties for that matter, she kept it to the area I specified! We found a home and made an offer. It ended up with us having a contract on that house which we ultimately ran screaming from when the termite inspector was pulling rafters out of the ceiling. She guided us through that and when I had given up hope on ever committing to purchasing a home, We (meaning Rachel, my husband and I) finally found it, our dream house -- that's right, she guided us through countless home showings, two contracts, and a lot of emotional baggage. Rachel stayed there with us, late into the night as we prepared our offer and I know she was just as anxious as we were to see if it was accepted. She was there after our offer was accepted, coordinating the various inspectors and surveyors. It was shockingly low stress, I got to keep my job and she met everyone at the door! She handled it all! All we did was sit back and watch her work her magic (oh yah, and write the checks!--but even that, I made it out to the inspectors and she delivered it to them--again low stress)! It was awesome! I know, if we ever need to move from our little (i.e. 850 sq/ft ) cottage by the sea, she will be the first one I call!
